Six Sectors Where Operational Data Carries Real Consequence
We do not serve every industry. We work where asset performance, safety, productivity and real-time data have direct commercial and human impact — and where the cost of deciding late is measurable.
From exploration drilling through extraction, processing and rehabilitation, mining generates data continuously and consumes it slowly. We shorten that gap so geological, production and safety information reaches planning while it is still current.
Plants run on process data that is often trapped inside the control system. We surface it in a form production managers, quality teams and finance can all use — connecting throughput, downtime, quality and cost in one picture.

Generation, distribution, water and waste networks are measured densely and continuously. The challenge is rarely a shortage of readings — it is turning them into early warning, load insight and defensible regulatory reporting.
Projects are judged on programme, cost and quality, yet the evidence for all three is usually spread across site diaries, spreadsheets and email. We consolidate it into a project record that supports both delivery and dispute.
Farming and agri-processing run on narrow margins, short seasonal windows and biological variability. The data already exists — in agronomy records, machinery telemetry, irrigation systems and packhouse scans — but rarely in one place, and rarely in time for the decision it should be informing.
Hospitals, clinics, laboratories and medical supply chains operate under tight capacity, strict regulation and unusually sensitive data. Operational analytics can materially improve patient flow, equipment availability and quality reporting — provided privacy and clinical governance are designed in from the outset rather than retrofitted.
On sensitive data: health information is special personal information under POPIA. We work with de-identified or aggregated data wherever the operational question allows, and handle identifiable records only under a written operator agreement — see our Data Protection Notice.
Why These Five
Different sectors, but the same underlying problem — abundant data, scarce insight, and decisions that cannot wait for month-end.
Capital-intensive assetsEquipment whose availability drives the whole result.
Safety consequenceEnvironments where risk is physical, not just financial.
Regulated reportingObligations that demand traceable, auditable records.
Real-time pressureDecisions measured in shifts and hours, not quarters.
